Terms of Service

Booking Appointments

Credit card information is required when booking services to reserve the appointment. This will ensure that your appointment has been reserved just for you. Moonstone Beauty Lounge reserves the right to bill the credit card on file as outlined in the cancellation or NO-SHOW policy defined below.​

 

Please note that all credit card information retained by Moonstone Beauty Lounge is for its use and will not be shared outside the business.

****In the event of a no-call/no-show or late cancellation where the card on file is declined for any reason, payments outlined below must be made in full before future services will be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you give a 48 hour notice for all  services.

All cancellations MUST be done via text or voicemail directly to your service provider. (DO NOT CALL SALON PHONE FOR CANCELLATIONS)

All appointments cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice will be assessed a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the credit card on file. Cancellations made in LESS THAN 24 HOURS of scheduled appointment time will accrue a 100% charge of scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

If you are a no-call/ no-show for your scheduled appointment, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be assessed to the credit card on file.  We realize life happens but please know that when short or no notice is given, those time slots are unable to be filled.  We ask that you please value and respect our time, as we greatly do yours!

Running Late?

​ If you are running late, please place a courtesy text  directly to your service provider. This allows us to know that you are running late. 

 

If you are 15 or more minutes late, we may choose to perform an abbreviated service if possible, or we may be forced to reschedule your appointment. Please allow yourself enough time to make it to your scheduled appointment on time.

Adjustment Policy

More than anything, we want you to love your new look!  And we pride ourselves on a thorough consultation prior to all services to ensure you always leave satisfied. But we realize that sometimes we may miss the mark and adjustments need to be made.  If you are unhappy with a service you receive with us, please let us know right away. We are more than happy to work with you on finding another time to come in to correct or adjust what you aren't totally satisfied with. Please be aware that not all circumstances will be eligible for a complimentary adjustment based on notes taken from our consultation.  We want to work with you to ensure you are fully satisfied!

Product Policy

​ Due to the personal nature of beauty products, all sales are FINAL. We will work with you to ensure we've selected the perfect products just for you and your hair.

Children's Policy

We are committed to maintaining a relaxing environment for our guests, as we offer spa services. Because of this, we do not allow children under 13 in the salon. Our waiting area has limited seating, so we ask that you refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment.
